The goal was to compare the existing characteristics of my current job with my personal goals, interests and characteristics to find out about the existing gaps between the ideal situation and the existing situation. This is to determine if the existing job fits my characteristics and current goals.
CAMPAIGN REPORT
11083 PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE (COMMUNICATION AND MEDIA)

This was a group task. The campaign report is an integrated campaign, moving beyond one type (e.g. social media campaign). With weekly workshop activities set as a milestone guide to ensure we develop an effective campaign report. I contributed as the lead writer and because of the collaborative nature, my peers and I helped with each other.

11141 AUSTRALIAN NATIONAL CINEMA
This was an individual task. It is a creative writing piece, a kind of personal film review memoir reflective bit of creative writing that is also academic and backed up with evidence of wider reading. The review needed to touch on the ideas of Australian National Cinema.
DIGITAL DESIGNS
11041 VISUAL REPRESENTATION TECHNIQUES
This was an individual task. We had to learn a set of essential skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and produce evidence of our learning. The task was to create five complex digital composite images exploring any given theme of our choice combining a number of images to produce an engaging mixed-media collage - a visual representation of our theme.

9531 SMALL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

This was an individual task. We were to produce a business plan for a hypothetical business we might like to establish. This should be a small business in scale and should be of our own design. For purposes of this task, the business should also be a physical one and not purely online.
